Thanks for the very valuable and thought provoking blog. I am preparing a sustainability bulletin board for our Quaker Meeting House in brisbane Australia and would like permission to post some of your information and diagrams if that would be possible.
In particular we are building/ installing a photovoltaic system and i would like to use some of your material to help user’s of the meeting house understand how it works and what are some of the issues involved.
Thanks again,
Robyn Brady

Sir,
first of all take my hearty regards.I am an electrical engineer and presently working on a concept of an electric vehicle which will have zero emission as usual,at the same time it will have zero running cost in terms of charging its batteries, unless it is required to replace the batteries with the new ones.It will be able to run as long as distance as it is needed, there will be no limit on that.Regarding that when I was surfing net I came across your blogs, found them interesting and informative.Would like to have suggestions and kind help from you.Hope you dont mind,I will wait for your response
thanks and regards

Hi,
The algae biofuel article was very good. I found the photograph of the photo-bioreactor particularly intriguing. Can you tell me where the photo-bioreactor field is located (or is it a CGI image)?

Help, help, help. We live on Denman Island, BC.. a tiny island in the middle of British Columbia’s (Canada’s) west coast (Gulf Islands). Beautiful, pristine, clean. Foreign investors are pushing our government to build a coal mine 3 kilometers from our island (which will affect Vancouver Island, where the coal mine is located) to a much greater degree. Major shellfish harvesting area not to mention tides that will drag polluted water for hundreds of miles. We are getting ready to make postcards to physically present to government officials (who are behind the coal mine). I found an image on your website, too dumb to save it and would love to use it. The address is saferenvironment.files.wordpress.com/20 … four nasty stacks belching fumes. I can’t get back to it. Can you help?
